you need to get 22,000 trainer points. this worked for me

you can get huskys if you hav d&f(dalmation and friends). I've got them. you just have to
get 4,000 owner points and you unlock them.

All you have to do for nintendogs dalmation and friends is get 22,000 trainer points for a
