It's easy, all you need is: put your stairs near the second floor

Where you have the cage layout you just put the stairs down the bottom so it connects to
the floor :) its not that hard just try putting them everywhere possible on the bottom
floor and eventually you will find the place where you can put them :)

All you need to do is place the stairs on the 1 floor so it looks like it will fit hope
