Mother Trinity is just one very bad hostile herself. You think defeating Mother Trinity
will end everything but you're not even close to the ending yet! Where you are standing
after Mother Trinity falls, the ground transform into a creepy place. Dark Falz arises
from the shadows... the true battle begins!
--Phase 1: Mother Pieces--
At the very start of the battle with Mother Trinity, you will fight with three Mother
Pieces. One will swing its body for melee damage, one will shoot you from range and one
will summon spheres coming from under the tiles. You will only need to destroy two of
them.
Choose carefully as you beat any of the two pieces, the last piece will become invincible
and you will face Mother Trinity as she draws closer to the battle field.
If you leave the HUNTER PIECE alive... it will follow you and will keep attacking you.
Luckily, it's weaker but can hit twice.
If you leave the RANGER PIECE alive... it will shoot four ways as it will hit anyone while
the dark bullets pass.
If you leave the FORCE PIECE alive... it will be a complete nuisance. It won't go near you
but suddenly if you get flinched and Mother Trinity slams her head on you, this gives the
FORCE PIECE a very dirty advantage. I'd recommend killing this piece first.
Also, beware when you hear a charging noise. Once Mother Trinity has stored enough energy
on all of her three pieces it will unleash a very powerful dark waves that it may kill you
instantly on Super.
--Phase 2: Mother Trinity--
After you beat the two Mother Pieces, Mother Trinity will draw herself into the battle
field. Don't go near where she's going as you may take some damage instead of her. If you
have NPCs with you and got hit because of that, they're bunch of idiots, use "Stay close
to me!" command. They'll follow you no matter where you go. If one or two dies, leave
them.
If you're a HUNTER, you should at least have a Sword weapon with Overend PA. It consumes a
lot of PP but it also deals a lot of damage to her. Mostly on her head.
If you're a RANGER, you should at least have a Rifle with Hollow Snipe or a Laser Cannon
with Divine Ray. It deals some damage but doesn't consume much PP like Overend.
If you're a FORCE, you will need to keep casting Grants. If you're a FOmarl, you can deal
more Grants damage more than any Force Class could. If it's not enough, I suggest hunting
for a Grants boost weapon such as Moonlight or Starlight.
Be very careful on this phase. When Mother Trinity takes a step back--RUN!! Don't just
stand there--RUN!! She will slam her head on you! At least 1 to 3 times. And avoid being
hit by the Photon Eraser as this is Mother Trinity's most powerful weapon of her own. The
marker will pinpoint you where Mother Trinity is going to land her attack. You can dodge
it at the right time.
--Phase 3: Dark Falz--
Don't think this is over yet! Once Mother Trinity is fallen she will transform into the
profane darkness--Dark Falz. Dark Falz will arise from the shadows in the beginning of the
battle. Make sure you have enough HP, PP and supplies for this fight because on Super,
this is can be pretty difficult of you're low on supplies.
But the good news is, Mother Pieces, Mother Trinity and Dark Falz has no evasion
whatsoever. At least they have very low evasion. Or maybe none at all. You can land hard
attacks on the final boss. Be sure to avoid Dark Falz's black spheres that surrounds it.
Dark Falz will charge in 3 different signs:
-> Dark Falz will charge and summon black rain that will fall three times. And that's when
the black spheres start to show up.
-> Dark Falz will charge with a white light on its head and shoot a devastating beam that
will cut your HP to 1.
-> Dark Falz will shoot a profane black laser through the dimension hole. The lasers will
shoot three different ways twice. Pay close attention where Dark Falz has spread the
dimension holes.
When you see a shadow below your feet--RUN!! Don't just... yes, I've said this twice
but--RUN!! If you're very sturdy (high DFP) you will be attacked twice. But this move
attacks twice--four times. Dark Falz will do this attack twice in a row. This can lead you
to death if you're not careful.
--Phase 4: Dark Falz Swims--
When you notice that Dark Falz screeched, it will sink into the battle field and swim into
the pool of darkness. Like a swimming pool but this can be deadly if it swims (rams) into
you. Be very careful as the black spheres summoned will scatter in various speed.
If you remember the profane black laser, it will only shoot straight but even more
devastating. Meaning, more powerful than before it sinks into the battle field. This also
includes the white beam that reduces your HP to 1. Pretty much all previous attacks on
Phase 3.
If you're a HUNTER and you have a Sword with Overend PA, you may able to strike at the
right moment so you can finish off Dark Falz.
Finally, when you defeated Dark Falz, it will sink back to the darkness. Congratulations,
you've defeated the most profane being of Phantasy Star Zero. But the adventure doesn't
end here... Nope, it's only the beginning. If you only defeated Mother Trinity and Dark
Falz on Normal... try doing it on Hard and Super. The challenge awaits you.
--Prizes for Defeating Dark Falz--
Rika's Suit - Only Female Newmans can equip this. It can enhance the power of Orga Claw
and Rika's Claw. Best for HUnewearl's only.
Clamity Soul - Obtaining this will get you "Laughing Death" Title.
White Disaster - A bright white version of Clamity Soul. But this scythe is for Forces
only.
Spirit Garb - Has good Dark Resistance. Also enhances the power of Clamity Soul and White
Disaster.
All other prizes obtained are junk.
