there is no red paint in that level. its only in level 3 in the erina when ur suposed to
get it for his dad.

On the left of Perry in the factory go on the two converbelts then up the ladder and there
should be a box where Phineas can scroll through go to that and it will be paint

I think you need to complete the first rollorcoster see what happends if nothing
happend... Sorry.

Go to 3-4 then follow the metal walkway to enter the dirt area of the stadium. Continue
moving forward until you get to the monster truck tires. Move paste the monster truck
tires and search the scrap pile on the dirt platform. Continue forward, jumping from dirt
platform to dirt platform until you reach the yellow toolbox. Open the toolbox to receive
a course piece. Fall to the ground and move forward, to the jump platform. Repair the
platform and use it to jump to the deck. Repair the next jump platform to reach the next
level of the deck. Cross the ropes to the next section of the deck. Behind you, underneath
another section of the deck, is a can of red paint.
