U have to be no more than 10 metret away to chat to sum1. If there is sum1 up to 10 metres away then when u sign in, and choose a chat room it will tell u dat there is sum1 there. On the 0/16 bit it will instead say 1/16 or the number over sixteen for however many people there are availlable to chat.
Maybe confusing but i tried!!!!
