Help, I can't do dressage!

OK, firstly, I cannot draw the arrws, it always says there wrong. I probably sound really s-t-u-p-i-d but I can't!
2nd of all, I can't do ANY pirouettes! What do you have to draw on the screen for all the different kinds of pirouette? Can someone reply to this PLEASE!!!
It's really holding back my game.
And thirdly, please can you tell if there is a cheat or hint to how to unlock all the training!
