when you have completed dressage mexico how do you open nw tracks and comps can you plz help me x

when u have unlocked one then u av 2 go 2 kevin he will ask u if u wonna do them...

but because i have completed the game every time i go to kevins that woman is there and it
reanactsthe whle ending so what do i do??
