Both of the answers are the same for each question as you need to keep playing with the
foal and gain its trust to be able to do these things and you need to wait for the foal to
be mature enough to be able to graze anyway.

The thing that your foal needs is some apples and a lot of carrots to get its confidence
up so then you can train it when it has full confidence in you and you get full confidence
in him or her.
Oh and if you keep on playing with it that will get its confidence up even faster.

In the feeding menu, when you feed your foal a sugar cube/carrot/ apple you can feed them
too much, making them fall ill
