and to gain stars you need to keep feeding your horse ALOT of apples and suger and carrots

My horse has full stars everything, i go to luc and he tells me my horse is doing pretty well, but isnt ready yet. this is soo confusing why wont it work!!!! HELP PLEASE!!! THNAKYOUU :)

In the dressage there's a minigame, were they say that you need to do a pirouette and a pirouette at canter. I have absolutly no clue of how you need to do that. Please help.
