Alder is the Champion of the Pokemon League, but Plasma stops you the first time you defeat the Elite Four and you battle N and Ghetsis instead. If you want to battle Alder, just go to the Pokemon League and defeat the Elite Four a second time. He'll be there with a team of Level 75-78 Pokemon. |
