but just one thing,do we have to have six pokemon in our party ..without changing the team?
but the three pokemon we use out the six can change right?
or is it just 3 pokemon per party?

it is no restrictions but no big main legends like flat rule will and use 6 Pokemon and don't change them i will let every one know u challenge

one more thing,i have already battled and won against sammy's ghost team but it was a friendly battle.
do i have to battle her again to proceed or could i just skip the first E4?
