Welcome one and all to the steel voltage tournament, where any pokemon trainer can come to battle and win glorious titles among others!

Rules:
no hacked pokemon please. (we don't want lv. 256 pokemon running about. )
limit of one legendary per trainer.

Instructions:
each person will have a chance to battle each other over the prize; the winners of these battles will take on me. There are many of the prizes, so there can be more than one winner.

Prize:
pure bred lv.1 pichus (non hacked) moveset: volt tackle, flash cannon, iron tail, thunder

I suppose they count as minor legendaries. I'm only worried about the major ones like arceus and mewtwo and pokemon like that :p
