You need an action replay (available @ your local gaming or department store) you input
codes but some codes wreck your game so be careful

I used the action replay until i realized that hacking shinies, legendaries, rare pokemon
etc. Was lame. You can use it as a collection on a pokemon game you don't use. I raised my
serperier to lv. 100 the legit way. My victini also reached lv. 100 just today
(happiness).
