I don't know if it works on flashcarts. You are welcome to test. These codes have been tested on Pokemon Black. The White version should work on White.
Directions:
1. There is a BLACK VERSION code and a WHITE VERSION code. Please use
the corresponding code.
2. Only activate one game region at a time.
3. Do not activate all 5 region starters because it will freeze your game.
4. Please make sure you have Box 8, slots 1-18 open.
5. Press Select to activate each code.
Notes:
1. There are 16 total Pokemon.
2. Game region: U.S. Pokemon/ English
3. Appropriate Pokemon Natures
4. "Met Pokemon" on U.S. game release day (ex: FireRed came out
9/7/2004, so you met Charmander on that date)
5. All Pokemon are at level 5
6. Max IVs (0 EVs)
7. They are NOT shiny because they already have perfect IVs and that's enough.
