This is probably a *** question but can someone please tell me what EV training is? Ive played pokemon games ever since they were first released in Canada but I dont understand what EV training is. I see people talking about it on here lots so please fill me in.

i know that you can download the Liberty Pass via Wi-fi, but i live in an area where i cant get wi-fi. which also means yes, i live in an area that can only get dial up internet...they were suposed to run high speed through here years ago...but never did it......
