You know you can just trade... Right? You don't have to do poke transfer.

No you can not use poke transfer on black or white. It is only for the diamond, pearl,
platinum, heart gold, and soul silver versions.

In pokemon black 2, you can only transfer from the generation iv games (dpp/hgss).

If you're using an actual ds system, you'll need 2, and to actually use poke transfer, you
have to contact the scientist in the poke transfer lab on route 15 (black 2).
Sorry, you can only transfer from generation iii and iv.

As for your pokemon black game, the gts for generation v games has the ability to
communicate with both black/white2 and the original black/white, meaning you could trade
pokemon you want to black 2 over the gts.

What the other guy said, go to the union room with 2 ds and trade the pokemon to black 2
