How to get event pokemon on pokemon diamond

Unlockable:How to unlock:
Darkraiyou had to have been to a pokemon event in japan to get the item membership pass and go to the Harbor Inn in Canalave City and sleep in a bed there and then sail to New Moon Island
Arceusyou had to have been to a pokemon event in japan to get the azure flute then go to the spear pillar(the place where you met dialga) and play the item flute
Shayminyou had to have been to a pokemon event in japan to get the item Oak's Leter and a new area should appear on your town map. go to that area

nuh-uh. u can use an action replay for it. ive fot almost all the legendaries with it
