Go up around the middle of the blizzard area, go right and you should see a house and around the house you should see something red sticking out of the snow, that's the Rock Climb.

Your welcome Supers***y, first you have to go to Mt. Corenet from either Orburgh or Hearthome, go up the stairs right of the water. You'll know the rest, after all that you can go to Sunnyshore.
