...Wow. Sweetie, Black Rayquaza is talking about when you put a third generation game into the front slot of your DS and a fourth generation game in the back slot. When you do this and play diamond/pearl, pokemon that aren't usually on those routes will appear. I'm pretty sure anyone who has ever played a Hoenn game knows that Seviper is outside Lanette's house.
