Get the game, from heatran to down u must have the national dex

Unlockable:	How to unlock:
Palkia / dialga	Go to spear pillar after u get 7 badges, then beat team galactic and u will be able to catch one of them (depending on the game)
Mesprit	after the events in spear pillar go to lake verity talk to him and it will desappear then catch it around all sinnoh
azelf /uxie	after the events in spear pillar go to lake valor/acuity
heatran	go to stark mountain and guide buck; then talk with buck on survival area and go to stark montain and it will be there
Giratina	near lake valor it has appeared a lake go inside and pass the maze
Cresselia	the same as mesprit but u must go to fullmoon island
Phione	get a manaphy and make an egg
manaphy	pass from ranger
shaymin	get oak's letter from mystery event and go to the end of route 224
darkrai	get member's pass from mystery event and go to new moon island
arceus	get azure flute from mystery gift and go to spear pillar and it will be at lv.80
zapdos, articuno, moltres, mewtwo, mew, suicune, entei, raikou	migrate from FireRed / LeafGreen

HoW to migrate pokemon from Emerald into Diamond.

It isn't too hard to migrate your pokemon. You need to beat the game, get the national dex, and unlock the Pal Park.

Unlockable:	How to unlock:
Complete story	Defeat all 8 gyms, the Elite four, and the Champion.
National Dex	See all 150 pokemon of the Sinnoh. (Manaphy is #151, you don't have to see this one.)
Pal Park	Get the National Dex. After you do, the Pal Park will open. Go to the title's menu and choose to migrate pokemon. 6 pokemon will be chosen, they can not know any HMs, and once you migrate them, THEY CAN NOT GO BACK TO THE GBA GAME THEY CAME FROM. You can migrate pokemon every 24 hours.

LeGendary Pokemon

These are the legandary pokemon which is in Sinnoh and National Pokedex. Ok, I dont have all the pokemon I listed but I know how to get them.

Unlockable:	How
Shaymin	Get an invitation to flower paridise( Or pokemon league I cant remember) and Shaymin will be waiting for you.
Dialgna(Srry if wrong spelling)	After you get the 6th badge go to the top of mt.Coronet and Dialgna will be there.
Palkia	Same but on Pokemon Diamond
Cresselia	Go to Canalave and go into the sailor's house there will be a sick kid and talk to the sailor, he will take i to FullMoon island and Cresselia will be there and track her down in Sinnoh
Uxie,Mesprit,Azelf	Uxie is in lake Acuity(I think),Azelf is in lake Valor, Mesprit is in lake Verity and track her down like Cresselia
Rotom	Go into the old chatue in Enterna forest, go into a TV room and press A on the TV
Giratina	Keep on going straight in turnback cave( In spring path which you can spot on town map)
Heatran	Go in battle zone and go into Survival area, go into the volcano with Buck and you will find Heatran the 2nd time u go there 4 a quest.

These pokemons are a little tricky to evolve.....

Unlockable:	How to unlock:
Gliscor	Have your Gligar hold the Razor Fang item, which can be found outside of the Battle tower and then trade it to another game.
Electivire	Have your Electabuzz hold the Electrizer, and then trade it to another game it will evolve during the trade.
Magmortar	Have Magmar hold the Magmarizer and then trafe it to another game.
Froslass	Use a Dawn Stone on a FEMALE Snorunt and it will evolve into Froslass.
Rhyperior	Have your Rhydon hold the Protector, which can be found on Route 228, and then
Probopass	This Pokemon evolves if he gains a level inside of Mt. Coronet
Magnezone	This Pokemon evolves if he gains a level inside of Mt. Coronet
Leafeon	To evolve your Eevee into Leafeon, take it to the mysterious rock in Eterna Forest. It can be found in the southwestern side of the forest. Then, just have it level up there and it will evolve into Leafeon after it levels up.
Glaceon	Similarly to how you evolve you Eevee into Leafeon, you can evolve it into Glaceon by taking it to another mysterious rock on Route 217. It's on the northeastern part of the Route. Just have it level up and it will evolve int Glaceon there.
Mamoswine	You'll have to use an heart scale in order to get Ancientpower.Then raise a lvl.
Yanmega	Yanma learns Ancientpower at level 33, after that raise it a level.
Tangrowth	Tangrowth learns Ancientpower at level 33, after that raise it a level.
Weavile	Make sure you have your Sneasel holding the Razor Claw item, which can be found near the back of Victory Road. Then just raise him a lvl.
PorygonZ	Hve your Porygon2 hold Dubious disc which can be found in route225 and then trade it to another game.
Gallade	Use a Dawn Stone on a MALE Kirlia to evolve it into Gallade. You can only use on male kirlias.If you dont mit will evolve into a gardevoir.
Lickilicky	Lickitung will evolve into Lickilicky when it gains a level and knows the move Rollout.(he learns it at lvl33)
Ambipom	Aipom will evolve into Ambipom when it levels up and knows the move Double Hit.(he learns it at lvl32)
Vespiquen	Only female Combees will evolve into Vespiquen. Male ones are pretty much
Dusknoir	Have your Dusclops hold the Reaper Cloth, which is found on Route 229, and then trade it to another game.
