while Dialga has wa better moves by 50 kazillion miles,Palkia has way better defenses so it would be pretty close.It mostly depends on lvl

Palkia is waaaaay better!

Dialga:Weak to - Fighting and Ground.
Palkia:Weak to - Dragon.
Palkia is faster then Dialga and Being faster is a BIG advantage.
