do you know wat pokemon number 200 and were to find it its in the sinnoh dex

The Sinnoh pokedex only goes up to 151...

never mind im looking at the wrong dex i was loking at the national dex the pokemon im looking for is misdrivius i really cant find it oh and milotic

You can only find Misdreavus at night (8:00pm-4:00am) in the lost tower and rarely at Eterna forest. I also apears at night in the Old Shateau when you use your Pokerdar in the dining hall.
When you battle the champion she has Milotic or if you want it you can find Feebas at Mt.Cronet by fishing, but you have to use a Super Rod or better and it is very, very rare. To evolve it, level up Feebas while it is at Max Beauty. To achive this, win contests with it and give it lots of poffins (dry poffins worked best for me). Hope I helped.

now you can ask me a little about that GUESS WAT I CAUGHT MEWTWO on leaggreen and now i have it in diamond caz i migrated it these are the pokemon i have in my pary ill tell you hyow i got them......mewtwo already told you...two palkias traded at global trade station in jubilife two dialgas one caught in game and one gts-means global trade station and and milotic got it from gts also...ansd also caut mesprit uxie and azelf wat do you got in ur party

I have not traded with anyone yet thriugh GTS, but I also have U,A & M.

I got my dex updated and I still don't know some of them but I migrated about 50 so I've only got 7 left to see (Mew, Primape, Lugia and Wigglytuff are the ones that I know I am missing.

Thanks for the info meowther, and Lugia I obtained my migrating it from Ruby. I'm not sure you can find it in Diamond, but I haven't.
