Secret - get a gible

go 2 the entrance u can see under the bike road. DONT ENTER!!! Now go down to the first spot it goes under the bike road then go and keep hitting the wall. eventually to the left of the road there is a cave entrance go in go downstairs. gible is the first pokemon i ran into. hope this helps i got 3 lvl 100 garchomps!!! evolution lvls: Gabite get at lvl 24 garchomp at lvl 48 u find the gibles at lvls 15-18. Again hope it helps!!!
