First thing to do is fly to the RESORT AREA and ride up into route 229 u should see 2 trainers try to avoid them for now. Go to left and you should be nere tree's and water good. Go up to route 228 and there should be a sand storm coming up. keep going upto find your way through the path but aventually when you find 2 tree's near a little bit of water and there should be a house above the water go in ther.

SECRET MOVES WATER-HYDRO CANNON FIRE-BLAST BURN GRASS FRENZY PLANT. The old man will teach your pokemon these moves if you have frendship
