First you need to get the national pokedex. Now, go to ETERNA FOREST. RT.205.
Enter it. Then stay on far right and keep going up. Then go right and then down.
Keep on going down until you see a kid.[bug trainer]Go right then up. Keep on going up
until you see two people.[psychic trainers]Then go right and keep on going. Then
go up. Then in the first outing go up.Then you will see two trees. cut on and go
straight in the building.In some rooms you will find ghosts. Ignore them. Go up the
stairs. Go into the room that has no carpet infront of it. Go to the room next to the
first door in front of you.[left side]Check the tv and rotom will appear!
