go to the old chateau near eterna forest after completing the shinou pokedex,the eterna gym leader Gardenia will be there when you talk to her she will ask you to investigate.go in at night,go up the stairs into the middle door,you will then be in a hall with five doors.go to the second one on the left and press A at the TV.it will have the pokemon rotom inside,it will ask you if you want to thump the tv say yes.do not worrie if you kill it the first time,rotom likes that tv and will come back the following day between the time 8pm and 4am.rotom is level 15 with the abilitie levitate its moves are thundershock,confuse ray,uproar and double team,it is psychic note:even though it has a electric type move it is only psychic type,not electric.
