go to a search engine[google etc.]and type in www.filb.de and go on to the filb.de site then enter your trainer ID.then a list of words will come up go to the jubilife TV station go to the 3rd floor and talk to the TV prouducer.he will ask 2 questions that you must answer with what it tells you to answer with on the filb.de site.depending on what words you put in will give you the type of background shown in the filb.de site.P.S it works I tried it
