Secret - Hyper beam

This will only work if a trainer/pokemon is fighting you and he's at his/her last pokemon and you can knock the pokemon out with hyper beam in one shot. If that works, you don't need to recharge the next time you fight something.

P.S. I only have silver version so if it doesnt work, watever
