You can now train your pokemon really really fast without doing anything,LITERALLY!these are the steps in order,go over them carfully.

P.S.you can only train two pokemon at a time

1.make sure your ds is on charge.
2.get the two pokemon you want to train in the daycare.
3.go to fuego ironworks(you must have a pokemon that knows surf)its not indigo ironworks.
4.there should be floor panels in there,if there isnt then youre in the wrong one,go to a panel that points down(there should be one in front of you)put any object on the up button on your ds that is heavy enough,and you should be going up, and the panel pushes you back down,and since every step you take is exp. points for your pokemon you can leave your game there and your gaining points without doing anything!

P.S.S.make sure it is on charge,and the object is heavy enough(if you want to train even faster,put something heavy on the b button too)
