Use the GOOD ROD in these locations


Route 205 (South), 218, 219, 220, 221, Feugo Ironworks, Iron Mountain, Canalave City,
Valley Windworks

You can also encounter Finneon in trainer battles. If you havent encountered Lumineon,
then find the swimming trainer above Sunnyshore City. Lumineon can also be caught in the
above locations with a SUPER ROD. The only way to obtain the SUPER ROD is at the battle
tower area, which requires you to have already seen all 150 sinnoh pokemon.
