Chimchar evolves at 14 and then 36 piplup evolves like other pokemon 16 then 36 Your

You can't catch them in the wild! You only can pick 1 at the beggining of the game!

You need to beat the elite 4 10 times without cheating then go outside of the league go
down the waterfall enter the right cave and make it all the way through you can catch a
wild piplup chimchar or turtwig but it is exremly rare and i think you need the pokeradar.

think u need national pokedex or i could be wrong. u can use a cheat to catch a other
trainers pokemon i dont know the code ull have to look it up warning i could be wrong i
stated on chritmas and i got the national and beaten the aleat 4

After you get the national dex you get turtwig at Lake Valor, piplup at Lake Verity, and
chimchar at Stark Mountain.

i would try going to the lake near snow point city and use surf or a super rod but i
don't know if its ture though

i know that piplup evolves at lv.29 into prinplup at lv.39 into empolion

catch a DITTO and bread it with infernape or empolion and they will have an egg then when
it hatches you will have either a piplup or chimchar

all you need to agree on one soulition chese.
