help me evolve

would any one help me out?? i'm after evolving my gravelor and onyx into steelix, would anyone trade me to trade back so they evolve and give me a metal coat to evolve my onyx or where do i find one??? oh and when and how do i trade? i'll check the site at 6 tonight to see if anyone can help. Please
