Actually id did come out i have it when u catch and use giratina it morphs on first turn
on next battle you use it

First, beat the Elite Four to get Cynthia out from in front of Turnback Cave.
Second, go inside and find three rooms with three pillars.
Third, go in any direction from there and find a room with a pokeball in it. That will
give you the needed item.

take a level 100 Giratina to the area where you met Riley. talk to ALL of the trainers in
there. Catch a Steelix, raise it to level 66, beat the Elite Four(with ONLY Giratina and
steelix),and you have a Giratina Origin Forme!!!!!!!

After u catch or defeat giratina leave and then go back in and go to the place where
giratina used to be and there will be a pokeball. Pick it up and there will be a rare bone
in it. Give it to your giratina and it will turn into origin forme giratina. TADA!!!!!!!!!
