you can get an eevee from bebe after you get the national dex


bebe is in the house next to the pokemon center in hearthome. it should be female so you
can breed it in the daycare center at soloceon town and there ya go. eevees for you
evolve. get all forms if you like

by the way


you can get evee from bebe and another evee from the pokemon mansion after you beat the
elite 4 and get the national dex
