first, find a galactic grunt. i think he's outside galactic hq, but i'm not 100% sure. he
won't battle, but run away. chase him into pastoria and out again(beat the gym aswell)
until he battles. beat him and Cynthia will appear. she will give you a medicine to cure
the psyducks at the café. cure them and she will appear again and give you the old charm.
make your journey to celestic town.

i have beat the seventh bagde but how do i get to the 8th bagde beacause sunyshore city
had a major blackout and im going to find dailga but theres a galactic grunt in the way i
think this is the story i have to follow to go to sunyshore city what do i need to do
