go to canalave city go on the boat. your at iron island then go in the cave. go to the far
right go through the hole eventully you will find him. help him get out. then he will give
you rilou. to evolve do this: Make it level up on a high friendship level between 4:00am
and 8:00pm.

dude how do you catch a gengar iknow he is in the picture with the eyes but how can i get
him out?

you have to do it at midnight. hes like a lv 15 or so, so be ready. just set your clock
