the scarf guy...


wats so special bout the scarfs the scarf guy gives u in pastoria???? an how do u get them cuz ive been feedin my pokemons poffins liek mad but he says theyre not good enough...

There really is no other reason than increasing certain stats for contests


So if you don't normally do Super Contests, don't bother with it.

The pokemon's stats (Cool, Cute ect) have to be maxed out to get a scarf.
