i've been trying 2 get to benco city but the only way 2get it is by beatting the elite 4 7 times i did that and nothing still happened do you need an a.r to get this city if not can someone pleaze help a gurl out i am about to give up completely

i've heard about it since someone on another website said they've unlocked it and also
when you beat the elite 4 several times straight your supposed to get some sort of gem to
take to pro. rowan i tried and nothing happened at all i think the website is
cheats1up.com or something of that sort
