i am new and need help

I have a few Q's

1.where do you get surf?

2.what are these plate thingys i am finding for?

3.where do u get pokeball seals?

4.i have a skull fossil what do i do with it?

1.You get Surf from Cynthia's grandmother in Celestic City
2.Near the end of the game, you will find the Legendary Arceus at Level 80. Using one of these plates on it will turn it into the type that the plate powers up. Example, A Splash Plate, which powers up water types, would turn him into a water type.
3.There are two ways. You can either show an Unown to a guy to the right of Solaceon Town, or you go and buy 'em at Sunyshore.
4.Give it to the museum.

Unregistered 0	0 Arceus You can only get Arceus through a cheat device or Nintendo Event. You can't get one in the GTS because you can only search for the pokemon you have seen so unless you have a friend that has it and is will ing to let you have it for a moment to get it in the dex, or you cheat or wait, there is virtually no way to get Arceus Posted: may 13, 2007 9:38 am Best answer
