Defog'n Rock climb?


Yeah, uhhh the title basically tells wutti need, Defog and Rock climb. How do you get'm???

Well i forgot where Defog is BUT i do know were Rock Climb is

Wen ur almost to the Snow City ull see a house and if u go into house a mountain man will say "Oh no i dropped my rock climb wen i was hiking." or sumthing like that.

Then walk outside on the right hand corner of his house ull see a pokeball (witch is an item) pick it up and its hm8 Rock Climb

go into the marsh(area 1) there is a kid standing there (i think brown hair)he gives it to you.
