where do you get surf?also how do you get the fifth gym leader to go into the gym?

Infernape244 4	0 Celistic Town First go to Pastoria City and talk to the team gallactic guy. Then follow him until he battles u. After that go up to the girl in front of the lake. She'll give u a medicine. U use that on the Phyducks blocking the way in Solecon city. Then head up to Celistic town. Talk to the Elders and and 1 well give u surf.
