How to u get past the guy that keeps saying the road is closed because of the blackout?

2. Take out the Galactic Facility
3. Catch the legendary ... ???

You go to the top of mt.coronet u have to beat 7th gym and have rock climb, u should have that, if u dont its the pokeball near the house

I can't go to sunyshore because the boy stop me. For go to sunyshore I need to catch diagla but a need waterfall for catching diagla...Waterfall is in sunyshore...no?
