you need regirock regiice and registeel in your party
go to snowpoint temple with natinal pokedex and go to bottom floor talk to regigas and

you get both pokemon the same way but palkia in pokemon pearl and dialgas in pokemon

run away like mesprit

and the cave starts to rumble get out and go to the survivel area and in one of the houses
theres the guy you helped talk to him and go back to the end of stark mountian and theres

go to the old cheateu in eterna forest at midnight change your ds time to that time and go

last but not least giratina go to turnback cave in spring path and this is where your
brain comes in!!! solve the puzzels and youll find giratina its got high^^^^^^^^^ defence
so be perpeared
