 How to get Espeon: Befriend Eevee enough during the daytime
How to get Umbreon: Befriend Eevee enough during the night
How to get Leafeon: Level up Eevee around the Moss Rock in Eterna Forest
How to get Glaceon: Level up Eevee around the Ice Rock in Route 217 (I think it's route
217, if it's not, it's in the deep snow area where you found the HM that that guy lost)

you can catch tyrouge in royte 208 then go to the corner then use the pokeradar if he wont show up try using the pokeradar again and again if it doesnt show
