You can find it in Meteor Cave you can also find Zubat, Golbat, Solrock, and Lunatone,
Solrock and Zubat are really common and Lunatone is really really really rare so you have
to have patience and be willing to wait awhile it'll appear eventually

you can't catch lunatone emerald you have to catch it on sapphire and trade to emerald.

female ralts that's easy, i rarely get a boy ralts but i have one now. all you have to do
is go to oldale town then go left then just keep searching until you get a ralts and most
of the time it will be a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can only get lunatone in sapphire it is impossible to get it in emerald or ruby

lunatone are in emerald it says it in the handbook you could find it in meteor falls it
may have a moon stone speaking of meteor falls go to the ashy town to give it to profesor

Easiest way is to just have a moon stone holder of your first party pokemon and search
bagon's cave. you know where's bagon cave right?

i guess ill try in my pokemon emrald and then tell u guys out there.

the only missing pokemon to complete the hoenn region pokedex is that foolish lunatone and
a feebas.but i know that feebas can be cought although hardly.lunatone can't because i
don't have a saphire to trade it.i only have ruby and emerald versions.if you complete the
topic pkokedex you get a cyndaquil/chicorita/totodile. grrrrrrrrrrr lunatone
