You find it next to the Daycare. But I dont know why you would want one though. When you breed with them it lowers the EVs and IVs, if you hadnt actually red what FCSNAKE said.

hmm are you sure? it mostly depends what ivs the ditto and the poke you're breeding has for example i have a perfect iv ditto(hacked,obviously) and if you breed it holding a power item in hg/ss the poke you breed will automatically inherit the ivs that has the power item meaning it will inherit perfect iv in the stat the power item the poke is holding umm im getting too tachnical lately XD but anyways great cheat ^-^ pass it on!!!
