ok first of all , as the tittle says, you will need plenty of REGULAR pokeballs (the more the merrier) (NOTE: for every 10 normal pokeballs you buy, you will get a free premier ball) anywaywhen u use a pokeball on a WILD pokemon where it says ''kezza used a pokeball'' or ''Mary used a pokeball'' when that area goes white, hold in the L and R triggers. When the ball 'explodes' release the triggers and HOLD in the A and B buttons at the same time. QWhen it hits the ground and just before the firsts wiggle, release the B button whilst holding in the A button. (NOTE: you may need to use 2 pokeballs for it 2 work.)

if you have say a Totodile (Water) and teach it Hidden Power, even though the move is a normal type move, totodile is a water type so hidden power has an effect on it (just dont teach it to a normal type pokemon)

1 hit KO moves are not bad, but it only has a 30% chance of hitting.

There is a way to get a pokemon that has a 1 hit KO and a move so that the move doesn't miss.

I have a Smeargle, and what I did is face fisherman Ralph at route 32, the one who has a Qwilfish and Seaking, and I had my smeargle use sketch on Seaking. It sketched agility. So I knock out his Seaking with a different pokemon. After that you face some pokemon in the wild, or find a trainer to rebattle, or if you have enough rare candies, you level up smeargle 10 levels. You face the fisherman again, and keep using agility, until the fisherman uses Horn Drill with Seaking. Hopefully you have a focus sash (I think its focus sash, its one of the items that name begins with focus, that way he doesnt completely knock you out) The turn after the fisherman used horn drill use sketch, and then either knock out his pokmeon with Smeargle or a different one.

Then after that you have to level up Smeargle 10 levels again. I would say to just go to the move deleter and get rid of agility and get sketch, but it comes in handy when trying to do this. Then on the day that you can rematch Jasmine (Wednesday Aftrenoon) rematch her. Eventually she will pull out a Magnezone and again keep using agility till her Magnezone uses lock on which will make so the next move wont miss. So after she uses that use sketch. Then knock her Pokemon out. I did this and my Smeargle is at a level 41 and knows agility,horn drill,lock on, and sketch. But this is not a cheat, and it may take a little while to do but I think it is worth it.

If you don't have Jasmines number you can find her everyday between 1 and 2 at the Olivine Dining Room, talk to her and get the number. Then on Wednesday afternoons call her for a rematch and go to the Fighting Dojo in Saffaron. Also if you dont have a Smeargle, you can get one in the ruins of alph outside in HG and SS or in Diamond,Platinum,or Pearl at route 212 using the Poke Radar.

you can get multiples of almost any starter of your choice. just take your starter and put it in with a ditto. ditto is more of a wild card. you can put them in the daycare with almost any Pokemon and get the egg of that Pokemon, this is not guaranteed for legendary Pokemon, it works well on females, males, i am not sure, but will probably work on most, lets say you want a full team of totodile, you started out with one as your starter. just put whatever link of the evolution chain of totodiles in the daycare with ditto and you should get an egg. here are the starters and what you can expect out of them. (it does not matter what gender for your starter, and/or the level ) i worked hard on this and i hope i helped.

Typhlosion: You have to get Cyndaquil as a starter pokemon then you have to evole it two times.

Dragonite: you have to get 2,100 coins by playing voltorb flip in Goldenrod City Game corner and then buy a Dratini. It will evole at level 55.

Dunsparce: it can only be found be chance if it appears when you use rock smash on a boulder.

Slaking: after you beat the johto league and get the national Dex, you have to headbutt trees on Route 25 until you get a Slakoth. it evolves to Slaking at level 36.

Mewtwo: When you can go in Kanto Newtwo is in Cerulean Cave. But save before you try to catch it because it only comes 1 time.

Arceus: You can't get him in UK yet.so you either have to trade with someone who already has Arceus or wait for the UK Arcues mystery gift event in 2010.

Steelix: Steelix is in Route 47 and Mt. silver. but if your friend has Onix, they can make it hold metal coat and trade it with you then it'll evole to steelix.

Nidoking: Catch a male nidorann on Route 35 or 36 then it evoles to Nidorino at Lev. 16 then use the moon stone on it to evole it to Nidoking.

Metagross: when you beat Red at the end or the game, you have to go to Steve Stone at Pewter Museum of science, Give him a forretress and then you'll get a beldum, then evole it at lev. 45.

Gengar: first catch a Gastly in tin tower or sprout tower, then evole it to Haunter at lev. 25 then trade it with someone and it will evole (but remember to get it back).

Its pretty simple:

There are 3 ways to to get shiny pokemon

Way one: This way is called soft resetting. You simply just reset your game until your starter is shiny.

Way two: In this way you need a pokeradar. step one:use your pokeradar and find a pokemon (if the grass patch is sparkley the pokemon is more rare). Step two:Use your pokeradar again but make sure the patch is atleast 20/30 patches away. Step three:keep doing this until you find the shiny version of this pokemon

Way three:The truth is, the third way is by luck.

to make a Pokemon easier to catch heres a glitch/cheat that i use (this works best with pokeballs) :

Step 1:use your pokeball

step 2:rapidly press A

step 3:hold A once the pokeball stops bouncing

this will make the chance of catching a pokemon, more possible

As we all know we all love to have shiny Pokemon with their new colours. But doesn't it get annoying when you can't get one? Well Nintendo said (On the GTS site) Traded Pokemon when breeding can make a higher chance of getting a shiny Pokemon! But it won't be 100% defiantly shiny but there's a better chance of getting a shiny Pokemon.
Just to say there is no way for a shiny legendary Pokemon to appear the only reason Nintendo put in so that if you use AR your game will not crash or brake. Every other Pokemon can be shiny though!

If you have not already caught Entei and Raikou, this may help. You will also need Repels and pleanty of Ultra Balls;

1. Get a Dugtrio Lv. 39-Lv.43 that has Arena Trap

1.1 Get Dugtrio to the front of your party

2. Go to a random City and go back and forth from the city to a neighboring route

2.1 One will eventually come on the route

3. When you are on the same route, use a repel

4. While the repel is activated, run around in the grass or water

5. Soon you will run into Entei or Raikou

6. With Dugtrio's Arena Trap ability, the dog can not escape from battle. This is you time to attack! Get its HP down in the Red-Zone and keep on using Ultra balls. Soon you will catch it.

I think this may work with Latios/Latias. Hope I helped!

Tailow requires: National Poke`dex, Rock Climb & Surf
Go to Cherrygrove City and use Surf left of the town .You will see land where you use Rock Climb. Use it. Use Head Butt up on the lower left tree.
Slackoth requires:national Poke`dex_ Go to route 25. Go left. You will come to 4 trees. Use Head Butt on the 2nd to the left tree.
Starly requires:national Poke`dex_ The tree Starly is located in is in Pewter city. However, it is not accessible within the city itself. In order to get it, you have to get to the small fenced area on the left side of the city entrance.
Burmy requires:National Poke`dex & Rock Climb__You know that one farm? Go down from there until you find a place where you use Rock Climb. Use Rock Climb .Follow the path. Once you get to the end, face down and use Head Butt.
Cherubi requires:national Poke`dex & Rock Climb_Go to National Park. Find a place where you use Rock Climb. Use Rock Climb. You will be on a ledge .Use Head Butt on the top tree.

Bugsy, is the Bug-type Gym leader of Azalea Town, as implied by her name. So, clearly, Fire and Flying Types would work best against this Gym.






-Metapod is Level 15, Female, and appears to be very easy to defeat.
-It's Ability is Shed Skin.
-All it knows is Tackle. Not even Harden. So if you can't beat this one, you have a problem.


-Kakuna is Level 15, Female, and also appears to be very easy to defeat.
-It's Ability is Shed Skin, as well.
-All it knows is Poison Sting. Not even Harden. So, same thing with her Metapod; If you can't beat her Kakuna, you have a problem. Although, you MAY want to bring Antidotes.


-Scyther is the powerhouse of Bugsy's Team. It is Level 17, Female, and could be a challenge for you.
-It's Ability is Technician, meaning that its weaker moves are powered-up. It is also holding a Sitrus Berry. So you may want to defeat it with one or two very strong moves.
-It knows Quick Attack, Leer, U-Turn, and Focus Energy.

For defeating Bugsy, you will receive $1800, the Hive Badge, and TM89, U-Turn. You can also use HM01, Cut, outside of battle.

Having a pokemon with sychronize ability in the first slot of your party will increase your chances of finding a pokemon with the same nature as the sychronizer's by 50% the effects of sychronize will work even if the pokemon is fainted
