You get it in the radio tower in Lavander Town talk to the people in there. They will give
you the pokeflute channel on your pokegear do it to snorlax.

dude i got i and there is a missing machine part in the tube at the gym return it to the
powerplant and after that you go to the radio station in lavander town and talk to one of
the guys and he puts it on your pokegear

I had the same problem, that I couldn't get the Snorlax to move, but I'd gotten the
channel already, and fixed the power plant. You have to tune your radio, not just click on
one of the radio buttons.

couple. Then you will battle him and he'll tell you where the Machine Part is, it's the
far tube in the Gym and you just click on the tube. Then take the Machine Part back to the
Power Plant and Fly to Lavender Town. Go in the Radio Tower and speak to the Old man
standing next to the table, he'll give you the EXPN Card. Then Fly to Vermilion City and
go to Snorlax. Go on your Radio and touch the top star. Then go off your radio and speak
to the Snorlax. His eyes will open wide and you will battle him! I recommend catching him!
Oh and I know all this is true because ive actually typed it up as i've done it!

use your stylist to bring the thing to the top to start it *Note you must change it to the
pokeflute then press a on the Snorlax and it will say the snorlax woke up or something and
it is lev 50 with Giga Impact so its reccomended to catch!

yeah, the guy in the brown will give you an Expn card and from there, pull up your
pokegear and put the dot all the way to the top until it says PokeFlute. There you have
it.

radio and in the middle of the thing move it up on the top it will say pokeflute tahats
all.k.If not your ds or the game has something wrong with it.
