Celebi is an event pokemon like Arceus shaymin darkri jirachi and mew, they cant be
traded! LOOK UP THE QUESTION!!!!*looks up question* Usually, yes. However most Pokemon
from events for the DS games are given away with a classic ribbon, meaning you cannot
trade them via the GTS. You can still trade them locally with another DS regardless of
the
ribbon.
and celebi can oly be gaind by nintendo events, so it comes with the ribbon so des
jirachi
and darkri, im not sure about the other 2... so if you dont live near eachother, dont know
where eachother live then you cant trade celebi... ands its not a good idea to, cause
event pokemon have a limeted time offer like the jirachi givaway they once had.

guess what? i was trying to catch a muk and i came across a shiny grimer and i was comming

called red! He is very high and at the top of mt. silver but save your game before you
battle him. He has a tangrowth level 84 pikachu level 88 venusaur level 84 and a few
other pokemon.
