then go to the thing that sas auto obtain DNS set to no then
u should go to edit on primary ds

type in 72.232.228.109 go on to save settings then go on to gts and it may error and
delete ur palpad but that only happens 1 time then get on to gts it will give u ur arceus
that is how i got mine but it has a ribbon meaning u cant trade it but make sure no pkemon
r on gts offer or they will be LOST FOREVER !!
